A digital service — nothing is shipped
MSCS Society is a software-as-a-service platform for co-operative housing societies. We do not sell or deliver any physical goods, so no shipping, courier or delivery charges ever apply to any payment made on mscssociety.com or in the MSCS Society mobile app.
How the service is delivered
- Subscriptions: when a society or partner firm subscribes to a plan, access is provisioned electronically to the registered account — normally immediately on confirmation of payment, and in any case within 24 hours. Sign-in details are issued to the society's administrator by email.
- Society payments: when a member pays maintenance dues or other society charges online, the payment is confirmed on-screen and a receipt is available in the member's account immediately after the payment gateway confirms the transaction.
- Receipts and invoices are delivered digitally — downloadable from the portal/app and, where configured, by email. Nothing is sent by post.
If access is not delivered
If a subscription payment succeeds but your access is not active within 24 hours, or a paid receipt does not appear in your account, contact support@mscssociety.com with the payment reference and we will resolve it promptly. Failed or unconfirmed transactions are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
