These terms govern your use of the MSCS Society platform — the website mscssociety.com and the MSCS Society mobile app (together, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Manish B Agrawal & Co. ("we", "us"), 503 Mayuresh Cosmos, Plot No. 37, Sector-11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai 400614, India. By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these terms.
What the Platform is
The Platform is a management and record-keeping tool for co-operative housing societies and the accounting/audit professionals who serve them. It provides modules such as member records, billing and receipts, accounting, compliance tracking, complaints, visitor management, notices and polls.
The Platform is a software product, not a professional service. It does not constitute accounting, auditing, taxation or legal advice. Statutory filings, audits and certifications must be carried out by appropriately qualified professionals engaged by your society.
Accounts
- Society, committee, staff and resident accounts are created and managed by the society's administrator; partner (accountant/auditor) accounts are created when a partner subscribes.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us or your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
- You must provide accurate information and use the Platform only for lawful society-management purposes.
Subscriptions & fees
- Societies and partner firms subscribe to a plan. Plan prices, billing cycles and included features are shown at the time of subscription; applicable GST is added to invoices.
- Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. We may suspend access for accounts whose subscription has lapsed or whose invoices remain unpaid.
- Plan prices may change; changes take effect from the next billing cycle after notice.
Payments
Online payments on the Platform (subscription invoices and society maintenance dues) are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-regulated payment aggregator. Your payment credentials are entered in Razorpay's secure checkout and never stored on our servers. Maintenance dues paid through the Platform are collected on behalf of your society; the society remains responsible for its own billing decisions. Acceptable use
- No attempts to breach security, access other societies' data, probe or overload the service, or reverse-engineer the software.
- No unlawful, defamatory or infringing content in posts, complaints, notices or uploads. Society administrators may moderate content within their society.
Data
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Each society's managing committee is the controller of the member data it maintains on the Platform; we process that data to provide the service.
Intellectual property
The Platform software, design and branding are our property. Your society's records remain the society's; we claim no ownership over the data you enter.
Availability & liability
- We aim for high availability but the Platform is provided "as is"; maintenance windows and outages can occur, and we may modify features over time.
- To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the subscription fees paid by the relevant subscriber in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken in reliance on reports generated by the software.
Termination
Subscribers may cancel as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. On termination, data is retained or deleted as described in the Privacy Policy and as required by co-operative society record-keeping laws.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
